Few weeks ago, Mr.Lye introduced us about Google Doc, as our project media. This is the first time heard about this software.
After his explanation, I had a trial on it immediately. First, i open a new document and share it my group members so that we can work at the same time. Everyone has the right to make changes on the document.
After few days of use, I figure out it was convenience for us to do our group project. It consists of various function, which is documents, presentations, drawings, forms and spreadsheets. We can complete the job together even we did not meet each other face to face after class. This app saves a lot of time for us.
Beside Google Doc, google still offering some other apps for different usage.
- Gmail - an ad-free email
- Drive - secure online storage
- Forms - create custom forms for online survey
- Slides - everyone can works on the slides at the same time
- Sheets - create and edit spreadsheet anytime with smart devices
- Hang out - connecting text-chat, voice call and video call in one
After having Social Networking class, I only realized life can be such easy and convenience with these smart invention. With these apps, works are done better in a shorter time.
